The Village received Cross Connectional Surveys from Test, Inc, which is our water management company. All residents and business owners are required to complete this survey and return it to us within 30 days. This year's survey contains information about the water service lines that you have coming into your home and/or business as well as the type of water lines running throughout your home or business. You may have more than one type of service running into or through your home. We must submit this information to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency for the Lead Line Service Replacement project. We will be sending notices out to all residents and business owners within the next few days.
