Please be advised that there will be delay in mailing out the billing forms for September.  Our billing software has encountered an issue that requires technical support and we are awaiting a call back from the tech support company.  We will not be able to send the bills out until next week.  We will not be applying any late fees to anyone's account if payment comes in past 11/19 as it is not the residents'/businesses' fault that our software encountered an issue.  Thank you for your patience.
